I need a solution

Hi Team

My AD is synced with my . I recently enrolled on Symantec and since then I am not able to communicate to my clients. So I unenrolled from Sym customer portal and it asking to enroll since its unrolled. 

But when I from SEPM it runs for a couple of hours and hangs. So I restarted the service and tried again but din help. 

Any suggestions.
