Cached are app-specific Files stored by an in a reserved space so that every time you load the , it already has information ready to show you quickly. contains images and other media files. It is a good practice to get rid of cached ,If you are running low on memory or if any of your are misbehaving, or if you think your device is slow.

Is there any risk in deleting Application Cache ?

Cached data is automatically generated and deleting cached data does not delete any sensitive information such as saved passwords or game data.

Clearing application cache will only remove the temporary files in the cache.It won’t delete your other app data like logins, apps, saved games, downloaded photos, chats etc. For instance if you cache of Gallery or Camera app on your Android phone, you won’t lose any of your photos/videos.

Generally Android itself will manage the  cached data on its own and you don’t need to clear cache manually unless an app or Android system doesn’t work normally.This is how we can clear our Android cache

1.Clear an application cache data

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Apps/App Manager.
  3. Select the app for which you want to clear cache.
  4. If your device runs on Marshmallow or later, tap on Storage
  5. Tap on Clear Cache.
  6. If it is needed, tap Clear Data as well.

 2.Clear all cached data

  1. Go to Settings > Storage or Storage& USB(in my case).
  2. Tap on Cached Data.
  3. Tap OK on the pop-up window.
  4. This will delete the cached data of all apps on your Android phone.

3.Third-party apps

Android cleaners make a decent showing with regards to of finding superfluous records or stored information and enable you to erase them. There are a lot of cleaner apps available on Play Store.
