I do not need a solution (just sharing information)

Hi All

Im trying to fix a problem a client have ,  we cannot receive emails from one and it started some days ago..before it was working.

I can find this on Symantec cloud spam log :  : 4.7.5 [internal] verify error:num=21:unable to verify the first certificate:depth=0:/CN=xxxxxxx

Server = exchange 2013  Version 15.0 ‎(Build 13.5)

We can send to them 

No changes has been made to the server in 3m , 

Can the problem be on the senders side ?
